Rewiring Skin & Mind at Tramp Health

We were thrilled to be part of the opening programme for Tramp Health, London's newest luxury wellness destination and the latest evolution of the iconic Tramp members' club.

Created by Lucio, Tramp Health represents a new era of luxury, one where longevity, recovery and community sit at the heart of the experience. Throughout launch week, members were invited to explore a carefully curated programme of events with some of the biggest names in beauty and wellness, from LOOKFANTASTIC to leading supplement brands, all designed to introduce Tramp Health's holistic approach to modern wellbeing.

One of the highlights for us was partnering with Anna Khanoff at Wellness Invites, a luxury experiences curator known for creating elevated wellness programming for some of the world's leading hotels. Together, we hosted an intimate mushroom skincare and supplement breakfast, welcoming Tramp Health members into a slower, more mindful start to the day during the busy summer season.

At Children of Earth, we've always believed that healthy skin begins far beyond the surface. So instead of simply talking about skincare ingredients, we invited guests to explore the deeper relationship between the nervous system, emotional wellbeing and skin health.

Throughout the morning, we guided members through the fascinating world of functional mushrooms, medicinal herbs and aromatics, sharing how scent can influence the brain, support the nervous system and create moments of calm in the middle of an otherwise busy London summer.

We also introduced guests to our Neurocosmetic Skin Protocol - our inside-out philosophy that combines topical skincare, functional supplementation and nervous system regulation to help create stronger, healthier, more resilient skin. It was a chance to share some of the everyday rituals we use ourselves, from herbal mood-support practices to simple ways of incorporating adaptogens into daily life.

One of our favourite moments was watching guests experience the scents. Each botanical tells its own story, and seeing people slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with their senses reminded us why these rituals matter. Skincare should never just be about what we apply to our skin, it should be about how we feel and understanding the neuroscience that surrounds this.

To make the experience even more personal, our neuroscientist friends at Superoom gifted bespoke herbal tinctures for every guest depending on wellness concern. Each blend was tailored to individual goals, whether that was supporting skin, memory, mood or athletic performance, perfectly complementing the personalised philosophy behind both Children of Earth and Tramp Health.

More than anything, the morning was about connection.

In a city that's constantly moving, it felt incredibly special to create space for conversation, curiosity and shared rituals. Guests gathered around one table, discovered something new about their skin and wellbeing, and left with practical tools they could continue long after breakfast had ended.

As Children of Earth continues to champion a deeper approach to skincare, we're always inspired by spaces that share the same vision. Tramp Health is something to remember as a wellness club. It's creating a community centred around longevity, education and intentional living, and we're honoured to have been part of its opening story.

Here's to many more mornings that nourish not just our skin, but our minds too.
