Start with a clean, toned face. Dispense a few drops onto your fingertips, warming the oil between your hands until it reaches body temperature. Cradle your hands over your nose and mouth, inhale deeply, exhale slowly, releasing built-up tension.
Press the oil onto your face, starting at the cheeks and moving upward to the forehead, down to the neck and décolletage. Massage in gentle, upward motions to promote circulation. For best results, use in your evening routine, allowing skin to rejuvenate overnight.
